Therapeutic Style

I have an integrative therapy style which allows me to work collaboratively and tailor my approach to meet the needs of each person, in order to develop and nurture a strong client-therapist relationship and to foster safety, growth, and the possibility of acceptance and change.

I seek to go beyond system management and address root causes of distress.

I draw from a variety of styles and modalities with the understanding that each person is unique, and no two situations are the same. I work to understand the needs and situation of each individual, and craft a plan based on each individual’s specific situation.

Philosophy

The decision to begin therapy is different for everyone. You may want to deepen your understanding of yourself or heal from a traumatic event. Or you may need support connecting with your partner and improving communication. Whatever the desire or goal, my aim is to understand, empower and support your growth within the context of a safe therapeutic relationship.

Services

In addition to Psychotherapy, I conduct Psychological Assessments.

These include medical-legal, diagnostic, and psycho-vocational.
